Air lifter Xtreme

This powerful airlift is perfect for larger aquariums or heavily stocked tanks. The Beck & Harich Extreme air lifter is used to operate sponge filters and rapid filters or mat filters in the aquarium. It ensures a good flow and effectively aerates the aquarium.

The Extreme airlift is powered by an air pump outside the aquarium to avoid the combination of electricity and water in the aquarium.

Beck & Harich air lifters are characterized by the special injection-moulded part in which evenly and densely punched holes create tiny air bubbles that rise powerfully but quietly in the air lifter, drawing the water with them. At the same time, the water is enriched with oxygen.

If the airlift is installed behind a filter mat - for example in a Hamburg mat filter - or if it is fitted with a foam cartridge, the rising air draws the aquarium water through the mat, where pollutants are broken down by the filter bacteria.
