Rearing ring with airlift

The practical rearing ring with air lifter and foam cartridge can be attached to the aquarium glass with a hook or left to float freely. It is particularly suitable for young fish and fish larvae, which need particularly clean and oxygen-rich water. The breeding tank for young fish in the aquarium is available in two sizes.

The airlift uses an external air pump to pump water from the aquarium into the rearing ring. This ensures that young fish and fish larvae are constantly supplied with clean, oxygen-rich fresh water. The water can escape through the fine mesh at the bottom of the rearing ring.

The filter cartridge ensures that no dirt gets into the rearing ring. The gentle movement of the water keeps the rearing food in suspension for the fry for longer. At the same time, the fine air bubbles enrich the water with oxygen.

A rearing ring in the aquarium ensures stress-free rearing. The young fish can remain in the parent aquarium and are not exposed to the stress of being caught or acclimatized to different water values - and run no risk of being eaten by larger aquarium fish.
