Rearing ring (square) with airlift

The practical square rearing ring with air lifter and foam cartridge in two sizes floats freely in the water, but can also be placed in a corner of the aquarium. It is perfect for young fish and fish larvae that depend on clean, oxygen-rich water.

The airlift uses an external air pump to pump aquarium water into the rearing ring and constantly supplies the fish larvae with oxygen-rich water, which is cleaned by the filter cartridge. The fine grid at the bottom of the rearing ring and the protected overflow create a water circulation system.

The gentle water movement caused by the airlift keeps the rearing food in suspension so that the young fish can feed for longer, while at the same time enriching the water with oxygen.

The rearing ring allows young fish to be reared in the aquarium without stress. Fish larvae are not exposed to the stress of transferring and do not have to get used to different water values - yet the larger aquarium fish cannot eat them.
